With the rise of nationwide fitness programs, more common people are engaged in sport fitness activities and there is a growing demand for sport leisure and entertainment. In recent years, many areas are actively implementing the national fitness program and policy initiated by the state council to intensify the construction of sports leisure venues.
The current public stadium in Tonglig, Anhui is old and out of date, especially facing the shortage of civil fitness facilities and venues, let alone a modern indoor swimming poor. This project was invested by Aosen Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Australia China Economic & Technology Connection Centre (ACETCC). It is located at the foot of Wumushan Landscape Park in Tongling, covering an area of 20 mu and a construction area of 20000 sq.m. The project is co-designed and completed by Australia BAU International Architecture and Urban Design Office and Shanghai Water Design Institute.
As the first modern multi-functional cultural and sports center in Tongling, the Aozhong Sport Cultural Leisure Center consists of standard indoor 24-hour constant temperature swimming pool, badminton hall, basketball hall, table tennis room, billiard room, Yoga and dancing room, chess and card room and 16 other cultural and sports events. Also, it is equipped with one multi-functional indoor gymnasium, a well-known supermarket and business along the street. The completion of this project will be sure to enhance the development level of cultural and sports industry in Tongling and build a new business mode of cultural and sports industry.
