Wuxi FactoryWuxi Factory has built a standardized production workshop and intelligent operation center, with the annual lift output of above 5000 sets. It now covers an area of 80000 square meters, with the construction area like office buildings and plants of 30000 square meters. Wuxi Factory has more than 60 CNC and automated plate working equipment of various types, covering the whole production process like cutting, punching, bending and welding. The Factory has two escalator assembly lines, one door head assembly line, one ceiling assembly line and two cabin assembly lines, and it sticks to promote the 6S lean production and management system.
Chongqing FactorySymax Lift (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., located in Wanzhou, Chongqing, is the second branch and production base of Symax in China. The project covers an area of 69 mu, with 20000㎡ of new production, office and living buildings and 106 sets of new lift manufacturing and testing equipment, reaching the annual production capacity of 5000 lifts. As an important link of the huge strategic layout of Symax Lift in China, Chongqing Branch will be targeted to the broad lift market in middle and western China, and carry out such businesses as lift R&D, manufacturing, sales and service.
